Leed Certification

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System® encourages the adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through: creation, implementation of universally accepted tools, products and performance criteria. LEED is a third-party certification program and an internationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. It provides building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings’ performance, promoting:

  • sustainable site development
  • water efficiency
  • energy efficiency
  • materials selection
  • indoor environmental quality

Servpro’s approach to green cleaning is one of the mandatory requirements when obtaining any LEED certification. Our program can help assist with LEED certification accumulating up to 14 points towards LEED. Find out more

GreenGaurd

Greenguard is an environmental protection agency, helping to increase indoor air quality through standards and programs. Most of our exposure to environmental pollutants occurs by breathing the air indoors. These pollutants come from activities, products and materials we use every day. The air in our homes, schools and offices can be 2 to 5 times more polluted, and in some cases 100 times more polluted, than outdoor air. This partnership is very important to us and our clients.
