LEED

Servpro’s approach to green cleaning is one of the mandatory requirements when obtaining any LEED certification. Our program can help assist with LEED certification accumulating up to 14 points towards LEED-EB. 

Eco Logo Certified Products

EcoLogo was founded in 1988 becoming North America’s most respected and established association in multi-attribute environmental standards. EcoLogo provides assurance that the products and services bearing the logo meet stringent environmental standards which have been verified by a third party auditor.

GreenGuard

Also an independent third party association with a testing program that measures the chemical emissions of products and systems. The certification requires that product emissions be less than the defined risk based air concentration level for short and long-term exposure. 

GS-42 Green Seal  

Green Seal is an independent third-party association declaring that all products meet rigorous science-based environmental standards. Clients can be confident in the products that are being used.  

CIMS-Green Building Certification

CIMS-GB is a set of principles designed to ensure quality in environmentally responsible cleaning programs. Servpro is excited to have their CIMS-GB audit in 2012. Its standards ensure an organization is using environmentally preferable cleaning practices. Compliance with this program will enable our organization to become a leader in environmentally friendly cleaning programs.
