Servpro will prepare you a custom-designed detailed quote from a free on site evaluation of your facility.

How do you charge for your services?

Contracts are billed by invoice on a monthly basis with a 30-Day term of payment.

What happens if I need to discontinue my service?

Just notify us via written notice 30 Days prior to the last day of service to conclude your Servpro Service.

What is included with my Servpro Service Quote?

Servpro provides bonded and uniformed employees, with full WCB coverage and liability insurance; all cleaning supplies and equipment, plus a fully supervised Servpro quality assurance program based on your prerequisites.

Can I add washroom supplies to my program?

No problem. Washroom supplies can be arranged for an additional charge upon request.

How soon can you proceed with my cleaning?

At Servpro we understand that continuous attention to quality is essential to meeting our customers requirements. Therefore we require 48 hours to position a Single Occasion Assignment and 5 business days to bring online your custom-designed janitorial service contract.
