with feedback regarding my extremely positive experience with your crew. I
requested service using your internet service request form and received a
call within 10 minutes from the most professional and friendly young lady -
sorry I didn't catch her name! She was able to answer my questions, advise
of the best options and book my service. I received a confirmation call the
day before my service. On the day of my service, the technician arrived
promptly, explained the service, warned me of the safety hazards and cleaned
my carpets quickly. He was friendly and very professional. The carpets look
amazing! Thank you for your company's attention to detail - you obviously
hold customer satisfaction in the highest regard. I will gladly recommend
your services to my friends, family and co-workers!

Good afternoon,
I was driving down Macleod Trail the other day and noticed a new HandiBus. It had the Servpro logo and branding painted on the back and sides, and a sign on the back that the HandiBus was donated by yourselves.
I have been involved with the disabilities community for several years, and have a true appreciation for the hard work and effort that Access Calgary/HandiBus put forth. I am also aware of the funding needs of the organization. Therefore I was very touched to see that a well known company such as yourselves were supporting both the organization as well as the community in such a way.
